Room Hire

Apologies for the inconvenience, but we are currently unable to take any bookings for the premises at this time.

• Charges for hall including the small kitchen as from Sept 2023 £20 per hour. 

• Disabled access.

All bookers will be asked to sign to adhere to the following hiring rules

Agreement for people hiring/using the premises

• No alcohol is allowed on the  premises.

• No smoking  within the premises or near the entrance doors.

• We have NO recycling/refuse facilities so we request that all food & drink cartons, bottles & boxes and general rubbish is removed by the persons using the premises.

• In the interest of health & hygiene please do not leave nappies/diapers anywhere on the premises or in any of the bins.

• The equipment stored on the premises (behind the curtains and in the storage area adjacent to the toilet) are the property of the Church and authorised users, and should not be used in any circumstances by anyone other than the owners of the aforesaid property.

• The kitchen facilities can only be used as agreed with the Booking Secretary.

• All breakages & damage of any description must be reported to the Booking Secretary.

• It is the responsibility of those using the premises to ensure that the lights and water heater are turned off and doors locked.

• Finally we would ask that all users leave the premises in a clean & tidy condition as they would wish to find them.
